I received mosquito treatment and I will say, I was rather disappointed. I would stay away from this company (or maybe this location?). Yes, they have great reviews but one would expect an effort to eradicate a failure to achieve what they claim to do. If that effort proves futile and ineffective, compensation (84.99 per treatment every 3 weeks seems a bit much) or further action should be take. This is the case in any line of work. In that regard, they fall well short. They have offered to do an additional “complimentary service” (something they already did unsuccessfully), so let’s see how that goes.
I like working with the Mosquito Joe staff. If I have any issues they come back and retreat at no cost to me. I've used them for multiple years & always appreciate their dedication to good customer service.
This was my 1st experience with Mosquito Joe of Kansas City, but a very good one so far. From calling to schedule, answering all my questions about them and their products and services to them spraying for the 1st time. All has been great!
I reached out to Mosquito Joe because our backyard was no longer useable do to swarms of mosquitos. They were very kind, professional, and after one treatment they were basically gone! Really appreciated their professionalism and ease of communication. Highly recommend!

Not only did I work here but I also used this as my go to for mosquito fleas and tick treatment. I love the products used, safe for animals and children and plants. I also really loved working here the owners are very family oriented and there's so many bonuses to be had. I loved and still love my boss from there Mark. He is the absolute best person in the world hands down. Very kind, understanding and very patient. The lead tech there Joe is amazing as well. Last but not least. Aaron he is there anytime you need him and handles every situation with a very professional manor. I love you guys and pray so many blessings over y'all.
Have been so happy with this service. I used to not be able to enjoy sitting outside as I am a mosquito magnet. Although it doesn’t eliminate them completely it does drastically reduce the mosquito population. I can now sit outside for a while before I am bit and sometimes I don’t get bit at all. The company is super easy to work with. All of the techs communicate via text when they are on the way and when the service is complete. Definitely recommend!
Mosquito Joe always does a great job. They are timely, responsive, and overall has wonderful customer service.
Before I started using Mosquito Joe, one of my dogs would get bit by mosquitoes and had little welts all over her body. After I started getting the treatments, she no longer had this issue, and I am grateful.
Today Tiffany sprayed my house and was extremely mindful of my plants, which I appreciate.
